Privacy Policy
This site collects as little as it can. We set no cookies, run no advertising or cross-site tracking, and do not sell or share your personal information.
Santrauka
Ji nėra skirta jus identifikuoti, saugoma 3 mėn. ir nesiunčiama, jei jūsų naršyklė siunčia „Do Not Track“ arba „Global Privacy Control“ signalą.
Who we are
This site, nazadocumentary.com, is run by Three Musketeers Production (a company in formation) (“we”, “us”). We decide why and how personal data from this site is used, which makes us the data controller.
Privacy questions and requests: the contact form at nazadocumentary.com/get-involved (choose “Something else” and mention privacy).
In short
- We set no cookies and run no advertising, pixels, social widgets or cross-site tracking.
- We do not sell or share your personal information.
- If you use the “Get involved” form, your name, contact details and message go to a private Google Chat space so the team can reply. Nothing is stored on this site.
- While the film plays, the player sends a short anonymous report about playback. It is designed not to identify you.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, at any time.
What we collect, why, and on what basis
Visiting the site. Like any website, our host Cloudflare processes technical details of each request (such as IP address, requested page and browser type) in order to deliver the page, protect the site from attacks and measure overall traffic. We do not store IP addresses ourselves. Basis: our legitimate interest in running and securing the site (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
The “Get involved” form. If you choose to use it, we receive your name, an email address or phone number, whether you want to volunteer, donate or ask something else, and an optional message. We use it only to reply to you and to organise help. Providing it is voluntary and you can use the site without it. Basis: your consent, given by sending the form (Article 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw it at any time. Please do not include sensitive details such as health, religion or political views. We keep a message for up to 12 months after our last contact with you (24 months for volunteers), then delete it.
Video playback report. While the film plays, the player sends the site a short report: which parts were played, the video quality, how long playback took to start, any interruptions or errors, where playback stopped, a rough device type (touch or mouse, and a screen-size band), your country, a network-speed band, and a label for how likely the visit is to be automated. It carries a random number made for that single viewing; the number is held in memory only, is never stored in your browser, and cannot be linked to a later visit. We store no IP address or browser identifier in these reports. We use them only as totals, to see where viewers stop and to fix playback problems. Basis: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the service; the report is designed not to identify you. Reports are kept for 3 months and then deleted; totals may be kept.
Accessibility preferences. If you use the accessibility panel, your choices (text size, colours and so on) are saved only in your browser, on your device. They are never sent to us. You can remove them with the panel’s reset button or by clearing the site’s data.
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not set cookies. The only things this site saves in your browser are your accessibility preferences, if you choose them, and a note that you closed the notice at the bottom of the page. That storage stays on your device and is used only to show the site the way you asked. Because we set no cookies and run no tracking, that notice is information, not a request for consent. If we ever add anything that does need consent, we will ask first.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: we do not track you across sites, so there is nothing to opt out of. We also honour both signals: when your browser sends either one, the player sends no playback report.
Who receives data
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, delivers the video, protects the site and stores the anonymous playback reports.
- Google LLC provides Google Chat, where form messages are delivered and kept in a private space open only to named team members.
- Authorities, if a law or a valid legal order requires us to disclose data.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
International transfers
Our providers operate in the United States and other countries, so data may leave your country. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (where the provider is certified) and the standard contractual clauses in our providers’ data processing terms. We are based in Israel, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of protection.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can contact us (the contact form at nazadocumentary.com/get-involved (choose “Something else” and mention privacy)) to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how it is used. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting what happened before. Under Israeli law you may ask to see and correct data we hold about you. California residents may ask to know, correct and delete their personal information, may opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither) and will not be treated differently for using these rights.
We answer within one month (45 days for California requests). We may need to confirm who you are first. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to your data protection authority: in Israel the Privacy Protection Authority, in the UK the Information Commissioner’s Office, in the EU the authority of your country.
We do not sell or share your information
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done either in the past twelve months.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them (13 for the United States). If you believe a child has sent us details, write to us and we will delete them.
Security and automated decisions
The site is served over HTTPS. Form messages are not stored on the site and reach only a private space with named members. No system is perfectly secure, so please share only what you are comfortable sharing. We make no decisions about you by automated means.
Other countries
If you are in Brazil, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Türkiye, Indonesia or another country with a data protection law, the rights above apply to the extent your law gives them. Write to us and we will deal with your request under the law that applies to you.
Changes and contact
We update this policy when what we do changes, and show the date at the top. Contact: the contact form at nazadocumentary.com/get-involved (choose “Something else” and mention privacy).
