He describes running medical documentation during the war. According to him, his desk sent dressings, disinfectant, infant supplies, adult supplies, chronic-disease drugs, and special items into Gaza on a rolling basis. The stated aim was to address shortages in the Strip. A separate track was narrower: medicines packed for hostages, labeled so that a specific person was meant to receive a specific box.

He says the medical pipeline was large and routine, not a one-off pallet: bandages, disinfectant, care for infants and for adults, chronic-disease drugs, and special items when the list called for them.

The film presents this as one of the three areas of the war: delivery of humanitarian aid during the war, alongside operations against Hamas military infrastructure and efforts to recover hostages.

What he says was labeled for hostages

He says a second channel was set up for people held by Hamas: lists, marks on the packages, and a record of who was meant to receive what. He says the IDF side handled the paperwork and the dispatch.

On the last stage of delivery, he says that, to the best of his knowledge, after checks, no hostage reported receiving those medicines. A second voice on the tape says the same: no hostage reported that the drugs arrived. They say everything medical that could be sent was sent.
