Terms of Service

Who we are and what these terms cover

The site is run by Three Musketeers Production (a company in formation) (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.

Watching the film

You may watch Naza: The Real Story on this site free of charge, for personal, non-commercial viewing, and you may link to the film and to this site.

You may not, without our written permission: download, copy, record, re-upload or redistribute the film or any part of it; embed or mirror the player on another site; remove or alter the subtitles, titles or credits; use it for commercial purposes; or use it to train machine-learning systems.

Copyright and trademarks

The film, its soundtrack and subtitles, the photographs, the text, the design and the site’s code are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and belong to us or our licensors. All rights are reserved except the limited permission in the section above. “Naza” and the film’s titles are used to identify the film.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to:

• attack, overload, scan for weaknesses in or interfere with the site or its video delivery, including by automated scraping or bulk requests;
• send unlawful, threatening, defamatory or harassing content through the form;
• pretend to be another person or organisation, or send false information;
• break any law that applies to you.

We may block access that breaks these rules.

Opinions and information in the film and on the site

The film presents the testimony and views of the people who appear in it, and the site’s other texts explain it. They are shared for information and discussion, are the views of those speakers or authors, and are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. We work to be accurate but do not guarantee that everything is complete or free of error.

The “Get involved” form

Offering help or saying you may want to donate through the form is an expression of interest. It does not bind you or us. The site does not take payments; any donation or volunteering would be agreed with you separately. How we handle what you send is described in the Privacy Policy.

Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites, such as our account on X. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Availability and changes

We provide the site and the film “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may change, restrict or remove the site, a language version or the film at any time.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by interruptions, errors or the actions of third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or removes the mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

Translations

The site is available in several languages for your convenience. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, and disputes are for the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection or court-access right you have where you live.

Copyright complaints and takedown

If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, contact us (the contact form at nazadocumentary.com/get-involved (choose “Something else” and mention privacy)) with the page, what you believe is infringed and how to reach you. We will review it promptly.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will show the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept it. Questions: the contact form at nazadocumentary.com/get-involved (choose “Something else” and mention privacy).
